Beat making and Writing the lyrics (Bridge)
Making the beat I added my bridge for my song (strings, pads and piano), I panned the authentic strings full left and right because my levels are peaking. The dynamic string ensemble isn't following the metronome I have to record it again. I am having a hard time following the beat for my bridge maybe i could add a simple four beat drum to help me. Writing the lyrics I added my bridge out and added my second verse. I am working on my I'm still trying out a few melodies for my bridge and my outro. I am trying not to spend to long on writing the song.
DADA Life Sausage and Endless smile plugin
The Sausage Fattener only has two knobs. But don’t be fooled. With those seemingly simple parameters you can create loads of different sounds. Use the Sausage Fattener on a single channel with moderate settings as a musical compressor. Turn it up and you have a dirty bastard of distortion. But you can also use the plugin on a bus (for example all the drums and the bass) or the whole track as a mastering plugin. The Sausage Fattener is used by Tiësto, Kaskade, Diplo, Laidback Luke, Chuckie, Sebastian Ingrosso, Dirty South, Hardwell, Angger Dimas, Frank E, Zedd, Lazy Rich, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Marcus Schossow, John Dahlbäck and many other DJ/producers. Pads are an arrangement component. They are never rhythm. What instruments are playing them? Do you think the instrument in the beginning is a synth? You need to make some decisions as to what you are hearing. Is the "lead synth" rhythm, foundation or Lead? There are effects, but not "white noise" in this. Don't confuse production with composition. We'll come back to production later.
